How does shipping & delivery work with Aleo?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye out on the order until it reaches you!

What are my shipping & delivery options?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
Tracked Shipping
We want to offer accessible shipping for orders under $120 at only $6.95 (*2-8 business days).
Free for orders over $120
Priority Tracked Shipping (available for orders over $120)
Get ahead of the queue and have your order shipped within 12 hours for $5 if order before 12 PM AEST/AEDT (*2-5 business days).
Express Tracked Shipping
We also offer Express shipping (*1-4 business days) at $15 per order.
With any shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
*All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates by Australia Post only. If you are located in regional areas, for example: Far North QLD (remote) or WA Country, delivery time will be longer (7 - 10 business days).
Can I change my shipping address?
Sure can do! If your order was placed less than 90 minutes ago, you can update your delivery address, email, or other personal details. Simply send us an email to support@aleoshop.com.au or call us at (02) 8527 3555 with your Order Number to make these changes.
Please be aware that our orders are processed swiftly, so if 90 minutes have passed, we may have limited flexibility, but we'll certainly do our utmost to assist you.
If your order has already shipped, don’t panic! You can still redirect it via the Australia Post tracking links provided on your shipping confirmation email.
*Please note: We cannot redirect or retrieve orders successfully delivered to an incorrect address. So, please ensure you carefully check your address details entered at checkout.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
Oh no! My order is lost/hasn't been delivered?
Although our carrier quote us 2-8 business days for standard delivery, they may not always be able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your order isn’t delivered or lost within 20 days, please contact us via support@aleoshop.com.au / our live chat / call us at (02) 8527 3555! Our team will be able to take the next steps by lodging an investigation with the carrier to obtain some more information for you.
*Please note: The investigation outcome timeline can vary from courier to courier. We’ll do our best to help with a timely resolution.
Do you deliver internationally?
We only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping (for now).
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll received a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number specific to your order.
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and dispatched.
My order was damaged in transit!
We do our best to ensure that your items are packaged with the utmost care and also rely on our trusted delivery partners to get them to you quickly and reliably!

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@aleoshop.com.au.
To be eligible for a return,
1) Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
2) Item(s) were not marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
3) You must provide a photo of you item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered, and you're responsible until the item is delivered and inspected. You will be able to purchase a label directly from us and the amount will be taken off your refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@aleoshop.com.au.
Damages and Faulty Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This is so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Aleo Shop reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item doesn't meet return criteria.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to submit a return request for the item you have. Once the return is accepted and we have received the item, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How often should I be charging my cordless lamps?
For all our lamps, you should be charging them at least once a month to maintain the battery life.

How do I clean my ceramic products?
Please note: Our ceramic bases are not dishwasher safe, but they're still super easy to clean!
We recommend washing ceramic products in warm soapy water and air drying completely. Ceramic products are not dishwasher-safe or microwave safe.
