Shipping policy

Shipping        
All orders ship from Sydney, Australia.
                                                                                     
Processing
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a weekday are packed and dispatched same day.   Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends ship the next business day.                
   
Rates                                                                
Standard shipping – $10 flat rate (3–8 business days via Australia Post)
Express shipping – $15 flat rate (2–4 business days via Australia Post)          
Free standard shipping on orders over $120                              
                                                                                     
Remote areas (Far North QLD, regional WA/NT) may take a few extra days.
                                                                                     
Packaging
Everything is packed by hand. Fragile items are wrapped and boxed to survive transit; if something arrives damaged, email us and we'll sort it out for you.        
   
Damaged or lost orders                                                             
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email support@aleoshop.com.au, we'll replace it or refund you. Not interested in making that your problem.
