PRODUCT WARRANTY

Aleo Lighting products have a warranty period of 12 months* from the date of purchase.
***** Aleo's 12-month product warranty is not applicable for homeware accessories, ceramic products (e.g. ceramic dishes, vases).
You will not be entitled to a remedy under this Warranty for:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage arising from abnormal use, misuse or abuse
  • Damage arising from improper care or maintenance (e.g. fabric, leather, or timber)
  • Damage to external or product packaging only
  • Damage occurring during your own handling and transportation of goods
  • Insignificant minor variations in product dimensions, colour, grain or finish
  • Insignificant minor imperfections or superficial blemishes

CLAIMS

Should you encounter any issues with a received item, we kindly request you to reach out to our team within 7 days of identifying the problem.
To facilitate a seamless resolution, please start with sending us a email at support@aleoshop.com.au, our customer service team requires the following details to process your claim:
  • Order number
  • Photograph of the packaging
  • Photograph highlighting the area of the detected fault
It's imperative to note that a claim cannot be initiated without the aforementioned information.

Please be informed that claims for Aleo homeware accessory items (e.g. ceramic, marble dishes & trays) will not be entertained, as they fall outside the of our warranty coverage.

Furthermore, it's important to recognise that natural materials, such as timber or marble, may exhibit variations in grain, colour, and texture. These inherent discrepancies are not indicative of a fault and, therefore, do not qualify for a claim under our policy.
