Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please review our returns policy carefully before placing your order. Our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your purchase, and that the process is clear and fair.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day return window on full-priced items. You’ll have 30 days from the date of delivery to request and send back your item. After this period, we’re unable to offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout can’t be returned unless faulty.
  • You’ll need to provide a photo of the item before shipping it back so we can assess the condition.

Sale Periods

During sale periods, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Return Costs

A small restocking fee of 2.5% applies to change-of-mind returns.

Return shipping is at your cost. You can purchase a return label from us; we’ll simply deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email support@aleoshop.com.au or reach out via Live Chat on our website. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Please do not send items back without approval, as they won’t be accepted.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@aleoshop.com.au.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order.

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs for exchanges are your responsibility.

To request an exchange, contact support@aleoshop.com.au or use Live Chat with your order details.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll need:

  1. Your order number
  2. A photo of the packaging
  3. A clear photo showing the fault

We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.

Please note:

  • Claims can’t be processed without the requested information.
  • Natural materials like timber and marble have variations in grain, colour, and texture. These are not considered faults and are not eligible for claims.
  • Our warranty does not cover homeware accessories (for example, ceramic or marble dishes and trays).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items (no change-of-mind returns)
  • Gift cards
